The “We Love the Constitution” initiative – co-hosted by the National Constitution Center and iCivics – invites Americans to share their thoughts about the U.S. Constitution. To start this effort, we have asked America’s most influential leaders – in politics, business, media, academia, and culture – to contribute what they value most about the U.S. Constitution. As others add their voices, the National Constitution Center and iCivics will post their videos and add to the conversation!
The National Constitution Center inspires citizenship as the only place where people across America and around the world can unite to learn about, debate, and celebrate the greatest vision of human freedom in history – the U.S. Constitution. Find your favorite article or amendment at the National Constitution Center’s Interactive Constitution, and discover a range of perspectives from leading scholars.
iCivics teaches students how the government works by having them experience it directly by engaging students in meaningful civic learning by providing civics teachers with well-written, inventive, and free resources that enhance their practice and inspire their classrooms. Its mission is to ensure every student receives a high-quality civic education, and becomes engaged in – and beyond – the classroom.
